We believe there are two paths in life: the path of strength and the path of weakness. Living with higher values and vision and with a deep sense of purpose is the “go strong” path, while resignation to mediocrity and groupthink is the “go weak” path.

We Do
We help both individual and corporate clients gain mission and values clarity to ultimately become the very best versions of themselves. We are passionate about helping people become excellent communicators and stewards of vision and purpose. We lead our clients through an initial assessment process called Maxwell Leadership DiSC in order to illuminate each person’s preferred communication and leadership style. From this point we offer one of four coaching packages tailored to the needs and goals of each individual, family, business, church, team, and any organization.

A journey of personal discovery tailored to help you arrive at a decision point based on your own observation of any topic that, at any moment, propels you forward into your most fulfilling and ideal life scenario.
LABORATORY COACHING
A journey of building the 'know how' to strengthen yourself. Know and see yourself better, lead yourself in a way that activates positive change and self-improvement. Through observation and understanding, you can embrace what you really need, let go of what is holding you back, and maintain what is best serving you.
EXCELLENT INTERACTION COACHING
A journey to create understanding, connection, and to strengthen yourself, your environment and your credibility. At the core of effective communication that advances people, we find positive excellent interactions. It is only when we protect hearts in our interactions that we can engage in healthy dialogues that lead to solutions rather than troubles. Knowing how to optimally interact with high power creates peace, harmony, and trust. Real change results through excellent interactions. We’ll start with theory to gain knowledge and understanding, then we’ll do what anyone who wants to master a particular craft does, we’ll practice and you’ll apply your newly acquired, invaluable skills for positive interactions that get magnificent outcomes.
